I don’t understand why lead singers get such a bad rap

I don’t understand why lead singers get such a bad rap. I mean, seriously, the whole L.S.D.(Lead Singers Disease) is such a pile of hooey. We work just as hard and bear just as much burden as anyone else in the band…maybe even more so. For example: my bandmates are always kvetching about how big a pain it is to lug their gear around. And I’m like, yeah I get it-BUT-at least you guys get to set your stuff down. I am constantly struggling under the weight of my own genius. MAN UP LADS! And they have the stones to call ME egotistical. Typical human jive. On a side note, I think I’ve gotten better looking.
