Let’s play a game called, “convert the heathen.” You see, I’m starting to notice lots of political talk in the air. In these muddled times, it’s hard to know what to think. I’m inviting all of YOU to come try and convince me that the candidate YOU are supporting for POTUS should get my support. Please use any means necessary to convince me: drama, hyperbole, indignation, sanctimony, mendacity, etc.. Imagine I am Prince Vladimir in 988 C.E. (A.D. for those of you who are home schooled) and you are an envoy whose job it is to convert me and all of the Kievan Rus to the ONE TRUE FAITH…only instead of Judaism, Islam, or Christianity it’s Trump, Sanders, or Clinton… So, which way will I go? Which way should I go? It all depends on YOU! SOCK IT TO ME.
