I have joined a NEW BAND!

FACEBOOK, it’s time for me to make an exciting announcement! I have joined a NEW BAND! (I AM STILL VERY MUCH IN CHASCA, now I’m in TWO bands). I am the singer/flautist for the legendary San Antonio progressive/rock band, HEYOKA. It is a righteous honor to have joined what music scholars have called, ‘the best unsigned band to ever come out of Texas.’ In the 1970s, HEYOKA were the premier Texas rock band. They toured internationally and opened for many legendary acts including: Van Halen, Legs Diamond, Gentle Giant, Head East, Budgie, and-DIG THIS- in 1975 they opened for the first RUSH show in San Antonio at the fabled Randy’s Rodeo. So, I am now in a band that has opened for RUSH. OINK! They are an amazing group of guys, unparalleled as musicians, and it is with great humility and reverence that I join their tribe. I will keep you posted on developments with respect to live shows-sometime later this summer most likely. “Come let us show you how, and you’ll find Heyoka!”
