SO, I am afraid today’s post will be a serious one

SO, I am afraid today’s post will be a serious one. Chasca had something of a rough last week. Our drummer, Ian, broke his shoulder in an accident. For those of you that attended our CD release show at Triple Crown he played the whole show with a broken shoulder socket…Pretty tough bird he is. He will be having surgery this week. Please keep him in your thoughts. Now, the good news is that our Sean Palmer stepped right up to the plate and played the hell out of the drums for our Halloween and Austin CD release shows. He is a bad ass! Please tell him as much if you run into him. We are very lucky to have such a talented and committed team here at Fort Chasca. We so appreciate all your support and we will, of course, get past this little blip. No forthcoming shows will be cancelled and we will press on as either a four piece or with a temporary drummer for the next few weeks. In the meantime we hope for a speedy and painless recovery for Ian and hope to see you all later in November! THANKS!
