Happy National Pierogi Day!!! That’s right, let’s take time on this chilly autumnal day to celebrate that steamy little dynamo of a dumpling: the pierogi. Pierogi are from Poland. They’re little dumplings filled, typically, with potato, cheese, onions, and grapes. And they are DEE-LICIOUS! Later I’m gonna’ go eat some with Rod Stewart. He always makes them for me on this day. Only Rod likes to get cute and fill his with worms or bees or vaseline. I bet we get into a fight. Rod’s been very bitchy lately.
