Happy National Pierogi Day!!! That’s right, let’s take time on this chilly autumnal day to celebrate that steamy little dynamo of a dumpling: the pierogi. Pierogi are from Poland. They’re little dumplings filled, typically, with potato, cheese, onions, and grapes. And they are DEE-LICIOUS! Later I’m gonna’ go eat some with Rod Stewart. He always makes them for me on this day.
